Summer Camp Registration Form
Registration for currently-enrolled students begins on February 6th. Registration for the community will begin on Feb. 21st.
Please email Cordella Sambrone-Darkins at cs-darkins@ogumc.org and she can email Summer Camp registration forms to you.
Once you receive the form and complete it, you may bring it to the Christian School office with your check. Payment in full is required to reserve summer camp sessions for your child. Please make checks to "Oak Grove CS" and put your child's name on the memo line.
